Yeah, I'd have to say I'd never eat that. I also don't think I'd ever eat organs of any kind. Blech. I know they say "don't knock it until you try it," but that's okay. I'll pass.
I think I draw the line at foods that contain what I view as pets - like dog. Or anything that I see on some of those travel shows about strange foods - like fried maggots or something like that.
Maybe it's because of my culture that I couldn't, but I just can't eat fluffy cute things. Same goes for cat or horse (even though horses aren't technically fluffy).
I'd probably taste that egg, though that'd be it. Not my culture, so not my fancy!
I'd also draw the line at bugs. I don't have issue with other people eating them (and I suppose if I was lost in the woods I'd succumb to survive) but these insect pizzas and chocolate-covered ant things are not my style.
Agree on the pet front as well. Part of me says "be open to trying it" but then I'd wonder where the animal came from in the first place. I know in Europe, many of the horse meats are retired American race horses, so I was appalled to see it sold all over northern Italy. :(
