this tripped out clip is from Kali, also from the northwest.  hooping with a LED hoop is one of the most beautiful experiences, and makes my soul sing ♥

omg it's stupidly fun :D

there's such a great community around hooping (everyone is so supportive and welcoming, there's no competition or cliquish crap) and the hooping itself is great physical and mental exercise!

Yeah, I bet it's a fantastic workout and it looks like such a blast, I may have to look into this some more. I used to rock the hula hoop when I was....... 5 ;)
